Refund Policy
At Oura Skin we want you to love your skin and love your order. If something isn't right we'll make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. To start a return email us at ouraskinglow@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we'll notify you by email. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email ouraskinglow@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days please check with your bank first. If the issue persists contact us at ouraskinglow@gmail.com and we'll resolve it immediately.
